Partner With Wild Ark

Wild Ark was selected by the Laboratory of Advanced Media Production (LAMP), an initiative of the Australian Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS) and The Australia Council for the Arts for their residential hothouse program in 2007.

Upon completion of LAMP, Wild Ark was awarded research and development funding from the Australia Council. During this period Zoos South Australia have provided generous in-kind expertise and resources that have assisted in the development of a series of materials that demonstrate the vision of Wild Ark.

Wild Ark is now seeking sponsors, investors and a zoo to partner with to make the Wild Ark vision a reality.

In particular Wild Ark is seeking interest from:

• Zoos committed to innovation and increasing reach and engagement amongst visitors through digital media technologies
• Conservation and endangered animal support organisations interested in becoming part of an active digital community
• Companies with a strong corporate social responsibility ethic who are interested in the opportunity to support wildlife conservation programs and contribute to the education and social development of children
• Media and communication companies who want to be associated with cutting edge digital media that helps to foster community engagement and participation.

Wild Ark offers zoos around the world a virtual audience that they might not otherwise reach; conservation organisations gain access to a young membership eager to participate; and corporations are provided a philanthropic opportunity to support an initiative that offers a new way to educate and empower young people to take an active role in wildlife conservation.
